Return and Refund Polic


In-Store Purchases: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased in our physical stores under any circumstances.

Online Purchases: We accept returns for products purchased online only if the product arrives damaged, broken, or used. To process a return, you must comply with the following requirements:
  1. Notification: You must inform us of the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging and show no additional signs of use beyond the mentioned conditions.

To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team via email at Provide your order number and a description of the issue along with photos of the damaged, broken, or used product.


We do not offer refunds for products purchased in our physical stores or online under any circumstances. If your return is accepted according to the conditions mentioned above, we will offer an exchange for the same product or store credit.
